For the purposes envisaged by EU Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, those registered for the Genoa Half Marathon are hereby informed that the personal data provided by them through the registration form and acquired by ASD Podistica Peralto Genova, will be processed in accordance with the regulations set out in the premise
Regulations and the resulting rights and obligations and that:
(a) PURPOSE OF TREATMENT.
The processing is for the purpose, according to the consent expressed on the application form:
1) the proper registration, participation and management of your chosen sporting events, including all activities related to safety obligations, and the subsequent compilation and publication (limited to first name, last name and date of birth) of the relevant rankings;
2) use of your personal contact information (First Name, Last Name and email address) to send you promotions of sporting events organized in the Italian territory on behalf of the organizing committees, and/or for the promotion of products or services of Asd Podistica Peralto and other entities related to the Genoa Half Marathon Event including sponsors.
(b) METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.
The processing is carried out through operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic instruments and consists of the collection, recording, organization storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison use interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by the data controller and those specifically authorized by the data controller.
(c) SUBMISSION OF DATA AND REFUSAL.
The provision of common and sensitive personal data is obligatory and necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point a), no. 1 and refusal by the person concerned to provide personal data will result in the impossibility of carrying out the activity referred to in point a) no. 1. The conferment of common and sensitive personal data is, on the other hand, optional with regard to the purposes referred to in point a), no. 2 and refusal on the part of the interested party does not entail any consequences.
(d) DATA COMMUNICATION.
Personal data may come to the knowledge only of the persons in charge of the processing and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point a), no. 1, to external collaborators and in general to all subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment the purposes referred to in point a), no. 1, including the company supplying the software necessary for the purposes referred to in paragraph a), no. 1, for the purposes referred to in paragraph a), no. 2, to external collaborators and in general to all persons to whom the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment the purposes referred to in paragraph a), no. 2, including the organizing committees, sponsors or promoters of the events being promoted. Personal data are not subject to dissemination except for what concerns name, surname and date of birth, which will be contained in the rankings of the sporting events in which the data subject will participate and which will be published on the website of the data controller, for a period of 5 years from the date of the event and then removed.
(e) TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD.
personal data may be transferred to countries of the European union or to countries outside the European union or to an international organization, within the scope of the purposes mentioned in point a). The data subject will be informed whether or not there is an EU commission adequacy decision.
(f) DATA STORAGE.
The data shall be kept for the period necessary to carry out the activity and in any case not more than ten years.
(g) DATA CONTROLLER.
The data controller is ASD Podistica Peralto with headquarters in Genoa, Via Del Peralto, 4
(h) RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY.
The interested party the following rights, which can be exercised by written notice to the above address:
- to access, rectification, deletion, restriction and opposition to data processing;
