Train with Random Runners for the MoG

Corridori Casuali, in collaboration with the Mezza di Genova, and Anna Bardelli, a top fidal technician, thought of those who would like to run the Mezza di Genova or Corrigenova, but don't know where to start.


Anna Bardelli has prepared two base sheets*, one to prepare for the 13km and one for the 21km, which you can request by sending an email to corridoricasuali.runclub@hotmail.it or by sending a little message on instagram to @corridoricasuali.runclub.
Beginning January 28, 2026, every last Wednesday of the month, a dedicated training session will be organized, in which board training will be performed, with 3 speed groups available, advanced, intermediate and beginner, in order to accommodate all runners who want to participate.
This training chart is a gift to the community of the Casual Runners, to help run in a progressive, conscious and sustainable way.
